What is the Heart of Kent Hospice Lottery?

The Heart of Kent Hospice Lottery is a fun and exciting way to give to the hospice while also having the opportunity to win a cash prize in return.

Income from the lottery helps fund the hospice to continue providing specialist care for those living with a terminal illness.

What prizes are available?

There are 22 guaranteed prizes available to be won every Friday, plus an additional rollover prize.

  • 1st Prize: £1,000
  • Rollover Prize: Starting at £250, up to a maximum of £10,000
    • If the rollover prize isn't won, it will increase by £250 for the next week's draw. If the rollover amount reaches £10,000 then it will become a guaranteed prize to be won and will then reset back to £250 the following week
  • 2nd Prize: £50
  • 3rd Prize: £10 (20 available to be won)

What happens if I win?

If you're a weekly lottery subscriber, then you will be paid your winnings automatically - there's no need for you to make a claim for your prize.

What is the cut-off day for single lottery tickets?

Tickets purchased by 00:00 Tuesday will be entered into the current week's draw. Tickets purchased on Wednesday or later will be entered into the following week's draw.

How can I purchase a single lottery ticket?

You can purchase single lottery tickets at any of our 14 Heart of Kent Hospice shops or in our cafe at the hospice. We have shops in Aylesford, Maidstone, Snodland, Staplehurst, Lenham, Parkwood, Senacre, Borough Green, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Coxheath, Headcorn, Larkfield and West Malling.

How can I make a complaint?

Any complaints relating to the lottery should be sent in writing to Heart of Kent Hospice Promotions Ltd, Preston Hall, Aylesford, Kent ME20 7PU giving full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.

What if I have a gambling problem?

Many independent organisations exist to provide information and support on gambling and gambling related issues. You can call the National Gambling Hotline on 0808 8020 133 or find further information by visiting www.gamcare.org.uk or www.begambleaware.org.
